Nada Mann is the famous luxuary restaurants group in Japan. On 1980 to 1990s, a lot of skillful Itamae had joined in this restaurant and customers can enjoy the Japanese traditional luxuary dinner course at this restaurants. It was the past story in theses days.
The Nada Mann played the most important part for socialising and generalising the Japanese traditional Ryotei style food as Bento or deli. We, as the foreign tourists or visitors, can enjoy the taste, seasonal dishes and presentation in one small box anywhere. NadaMann's Bento is nice textbook for the beginners of Japanese food.
This season, autumn, we can enjoy the matsutake mushrooms rice from this dinner box, bento. I hope you will enjoy the box with the view of Mt. Fuji from our bullet train.
