Hainanese chicken rice will make a part of Japanese crazy. Some will visit to hawkers in Singapore, some will visit the famous shop in Tokyo, others will visit to several South East Asian countries to find the nice restaurant.

Hainanese chicken rice

 

This restaurant will serve Hainanese chicken rice from 10AM to 3PM. The interior was nicely simple as the common local restaurant in Taipei or at China town in other cities. Tables were for 4 to 6 persons and all things were clean.

 

 

The dish of Hainanese chicken rice is very simple as boiled chicken meat with some cucumber, chicken rice and chicken soup. The boiled chicken was served as the cold meal with some sauce. We will enjoy the texture of the boiled juicy chicken meat. I really loved this texture of meat. The chicken meat was including the flavours of the spices. I noted that several pieces of chicken bone must be removed by the customer. The rice was also nice, which was cooked with nicely flavoured chicken soup stock. The soup served in a bowl is an essence of this lunch set (we will find the soup stock for the chicken rice).

This shop was very reasonable, around 3USD. The juicy meat will entertain you exotic Tropical atmosphere.
